Tre was never warned properly about the drug's risks. 

Tre tried to report side effects he experienced but his reports were not responded to properly by his prescriber and supervision physician.

The nurse and doctor advised to treat symptoms with more drugs, increasing risks of drug interactions, and completely ignored his pleas to discontinue the drugs. 

Tre changed, but no one around him knew what he was experiencing. His mother and family shall attempt to tell his story, and be his voice.
